Gentlemen,

I am looking at a bizarre trophy of some past accomplishment of which I have only vague memories.

It is a 6 in tall 'standard' trophy of a Greek Adonis on a (clearly) marble base raising a laurel wreath in glorious victory. It has a inscription of:

DUKES OF DISC
CT. ULTIMATE CHAMPS
1982

Why am I looking at this?
Does anyone else have one of these?
What happened?
Who was there?

I'm so confused.

Proof of the dominant World Connecticut Champions...the origin of the famous Duke comeback...game to 12, down 9 to 2...even the Hartford Whalers recognized the achievement...I know Buck has no idea of what is written here...go to the source...to the one that can never forget...ask Peter K, he will never forget, he does not have one of those...the day the Tourists will relive in infamy.
